About
The Guyana School of Agriculture (GSA) Alumni Association (AA) blog functions as a means of reaching, serving and engaging GSA alumni and present students to create ways to stay connected to GSA and to contribute to the development of our School.
Mission
To promote the interests of GSA as an institution of academic excellence by strengthening teaching programs and enhancing bonds of goodwill and communication between GSA, GSA AA and current students.
Vision
To strengthen bonds and build relationships between GSA past and current students and for GSA to be enriched by those relationships.
Objectives
- To provide a platform for past students to maintain the ties of friendship;
- To engage and support GSA and to promote the school and its contribution to food and agricultural development in Guyana;
- To encourage and foster the interest of past students in the current programmes, activities and aspirations of GSA;
- To make a meaningful contribution in the sphere of education by giving help primarily to the school; but also, to the community and to current and past students.
